Common questions
Which players can you make?
Almost anyone who's had a trading card printed — current stars, Hall of Famers, role players, minor leaguers. If we can't source enough cards, you get a full refund within 72 hours.
Can you make a whole team or a group of players?
Yes — that's one of the best uses for a custom plaque. Pick the size that fits the number of cards (up to eight on the 12×15), then tell us the players and what you want the nameplate to say at checkout. Build your own all-time team, a starting lineup, a dynasty roster — your call.
What about a brand-new rookie?
Usually still possible, especially in the smaller sizes. If a very new player has limited card availability, we'll reach out fast with options or a refund.
Are there ever extra costs?
Rarely. For a small handful of premium or genuinely hard-to-find players, we may reach out before we start with a small adjustment for you to approve — or a full refund if you'd rather not. It's uncommon, and it's usually about a card being hard to source, not expensive.
How do I tell you who to make?
