Hanukkah lands on a different gift problem than most other holidays. It's eight nights of opening boxes, with the same person opening a box every night, which means a real Hanukkah gift list needs range — small things, big things, things that surprise, things that stay up on the wall after the candles burn out.
For the baseball fan in your life, here's the list. Every gift below is a real plaque or card pack we build in our shop with licensed cards from Topps, Bowman, Donruss and Panini. Nothing is a "Best Of Amazon" filler. And every one of them, in some way, runs through the great Jewish names in baseball — Koufax, Greenberg, Bregman, Shawn Green, Ian Kinsler, Max Fried.

The Three Plaques to Anchor the Gift List
If you only buy one gift on this list, make it one of these three. Each one is built specifically around Jewish baseball history — so the recipient isn't just getting "another sports gift," they're getting something that speaks directly to this holiday.
1. Jewish Baseball Legends 8x10 Plaque — $26
This is our newest piece — three real licensed cards of the greatest Jewish baseball legends, mounted on a solid wood 8x10 plaque with an engraved nameplate. It's the right size for a desk, a shelf, or a smaller fan-cave wall. At $26 it's also the easiest "gift the whole concept" entry point for someone who'd appreciate the idea but doesn't have a giant fan cave to fill.
2. Jewish Legends Premium 12x15 Plaque — $52
Eight real licensed cards. Sandy Koufax, Hank Greenberg, Alex Bregman, Shawn Green, Ian Kinsler, Max Fried and more — engraved nameplate, high-clarity acrylic, the whole pantheon on one wall piece. This is the wall-anchor gift. If the recipient has a real fan cave or a finished basement, this is the plaque that becomes the conversation starter every time someone walks in.
3. Sandy Koufax Hall of Fame Stats Plaque — $26
Two licensed Sandy Koufax cards paired with a tall stats panel that walks through his Hall of Fame career. For the fan who'd light a yahrtzeit candle for Game 1 of the 1965 World Series — the game Koufax sat out because it fell on Yom Kippur — this is a single-player tribute that earns the spot above the desk.
Sandy Koufax — Pick Any Size That Fits the Wall
If you're shopping for someone whose hero is Koufax — a Dodgers fan, a Brooklyn-to-LA family, a pitcher who studies his mechanics, anyone who grew up hearing the Yom Kippur story — there's a Koufax plaque at every price point.
- Sandy Koufax 4x6 Gift Plaque — $14 (one card, perfect for night one)
- Sandy Koufax 6x8 HOF Plaque — $18 (two cards)
- Sandy Koufax 6x8 HOF Stats Plaque — $18 (one card + HOF stats panel)
- Sandy Koufax 8x10 HOF Plaque — $26 (three cards)
The 4x6 in particular is the right "early-night" Hanukkah gift — a real licensed Koufax card on a wood plaque with an engraved nameplate, all for $14. Genuinely hard to beat at that price.
Alex Bregman — The Modern Hanukkah Pick
Two World Series rings, two All-Star selections, and the most decorated Jewish hitter of his generation. Bregman is the right pick for the recipient who follows current baseball, not just history. We carry him in his Houston Astros era and his new Boston Red Sox chapter, in four sizes:
- Alex Bregman 4x6 Red Sox Plaque — $14
- Alex Bregman 6x8 Astros Plaque — $16 (two cards)
- Alex Bregman 8x10 Astros Plaque — $26 (three cards)
- Alex Bregman 12x15 Premium Plaque — $52 (eight cards)
Max Fried — The New Yankees Ace
All-Star left-hander, two-time World Series champion with Atlanta, and the marquee Yankees free-agent signing of December 2024. Fried is the newest Jewish star to wear pinstripes — and one of the most-asked-for player additions in our shop. For the Yankees fan in your life who’s been waiting for a real Fried gift, here’s the lineup:
- Max Fried 4x6 Yankees Plaque — $14
- Max Fried 6x8 Yankees Plaque — $18 (two cards)
- Max Fried 8x10 Yankees Plaque — $26 (three cards)
Card Packs — The "One Card Per Night" Gift
If you want the Hanukkah-shaped gift — the one where you can wrap a small box per night for eight nights — the Jewish Legends 8-Card Pack is built for exactly this. Eight real licensed cards of Sandy Koufax, Alex Bregman, Shawn Green, Hank Greenberg, Ian Kinsler, Max Fried and more, one per night.
For the Team Loyalist — Greenberg's Tigers, Koufax's Dodgers
One more path. If the recipient is first and foremost a die-hard Tigers fan or Dodgers fan, our team All-Time Greats plaques put the Jewish legend right alongside the rest of the franchise's pantheon — eight cards, one nameplate, the whole team story.
- Detroit Tigers All-Time Greats Plaque — $52 (features Hank Greenberg alongside Al Kaline, Miguel Cabrera, Jack Morris)
- LA Dodgers All-Time Greats Plaque — $52 (features Sandy Koufax alongside Jackie Robinson, Clayton Kershaw, Duke Snider)
How to Time This So It Arrives Before the First Candle
Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on Friday, December 4 and runs through sundown on Saturday, December 12. Plaques are hand-mounted in our shop and ship in 3-4 business days. To be safe, order by the last week of November — that buffer covers the holiday-season carrier slowdown without any rush-shipping math.
If you miss that window, the 4x6 Sandy Koufax plaque is the most ship-friendly choice (lightest box, fastest production), and either Koufax 6x8 plaque is the next-best fallback.
