Football is back in the Pacific Northwest, and the defending Super Bowl LX champion Seattle Seahawks open their 2026 Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton. Rookies are already in the building, the veterans follow right behind them, and fans get nine open practices plus a stadium Football Fest to watch Sam Darnold and the 12s chase a repeat. - Rookies report: Friday, July 17 (the earliest rookie report date in the league)

The Seahawks are holding nine practices open to the public at the VMAC, plus their annual Football Fest at Lumen Field. Most sessions start at 1 p.m.:

Tickets, parking, and what to know
- Public registration opened Tuesday, June 16 through Ticketmaster, with up to 8 people per practice registration.
- Practices are free to attend, but every fan pays a $15 transportation fee per person.
- Parking is off-site: park at The Landing in Renton (810 N 10th St) and ride the designated shuttle to and from the team headquarters. No direct vehicle access at the VMAC.
- Football Fest tickets at Lumen Field are $16.
- You can bring hats, jackets, non-aerosol sunscreen, sunglasses, blankets, deflated footballs, lawn chairs, seat cushions, strollers, outside food in approved bags, and cameras (still photography only).

Sam Darnold, QB
The reclamation story turned Super Bowl winner. Darnold led Seattle to the LX title in his first season and earned a Pro Bowl nod, and he is the face of the repeat push.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR
The homegrown WR1 and Darnold's favorite target. JSN broke out in a big way and is the engine of Seattle's passing game heading into the title defense.
