Football is back in Los Angeles, and the Rams open their 2026 Training Camp presented by CommunityAmerica Credit Union at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles, California. Camp brings free, family-friendly public practices, a chance to see the roster up close before the season, and the perfect excuse to finish off your fan cave with a handcrafted wood plaque built from real licensed cards of your favorite Rams.

All public practice days are free but require a registered ticket. Gates open ahead of each session, so plan to arrive early for parking and entry.
- Monday, July 27: gates 2:45 p.m., practice 4:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 29: gates 11:45 a.m., practice 12:55 p.m.
- Saturday, August 1: gates 2:45 p.m., practice 4:15 p.m. (Back Together Weekend)
- Sunday, August 2: gates 10:15 a.m., practice 11:40 a.m. (Back Together Weekend)
- Monday, August 3: gates 11:45 a.m., practice 12:55 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 5: gates 3:00 p.m., practice 4:15 p.m.
- Thursday, August 6: gates 3:00 p.m., practice 4:15 p.m.
A couple of dates are not open to the general public: July 26 is a youth football day for local groups, and July 31 is a closed session reserved for Suite Owners and Club Season Ticket Members. Watch for Legends Day activities during camp, when former Rams greats appear for autographs and giveaways.
Tickets, parking, and what to know
- Practices are free and open to the public, but you must claim a registered ticket at therams.com/trainingcamp.
- Registration opened Tuesday, June 23 (Season Ticket Members received early access that morning).
- Open practice days feature live entertainment, photo opportunities with the Rams cheerleaders and mascot Rampage, family activities, and giveaways.
- Arrive early: gates open well before each practice starts, and parking and entry lines build up on the busiest days.

Matthew Stafford, QB
