Football is back in the desert. The Arizona Cardinals report to State Farm Stadium in Glendale on July 22 to open 2026 Training Camp, and the best part for fans is that seven of those practices are free and open to the public. When and where camp opens

Seven practices are open to all fans. Times below are the on-field practice windows announced by the team.
- Friday, July 24: 4:00 to 5:45 p.m.
- Sunday, July 26: 1:45 to 3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 28: 4:00 to 5:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 29: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, July 31: 1:45 to 3:30 p.m.
- Monday, August 3: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, August 9: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. (the annual Red and White practice)
- Members only: a season ticket member exclusive practice runs Sunday, August 2 as part of the league wide Back Together Weekend
Tickets, parking, and what to know
- Cost: parking and admission are both free
- Tickets: a digital ticket is still required for entry, reserved at azcardinals.com/camp and accessed through the Cardinals mobile app
- Getting in: practices are held at State Farm Stadium, so plan for the same lots and gates you would use on a game day
- Bring: something for the players to sign is a good idea, and a framed plaque or a card makes a memorable autograph target if you get close to the rail
Joint practices
- vs. Green Bay Packers: Wednesday, August 26 at Ray Nitschke Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, two days before the August 28 preseason game there. It marks the first time brothers Mike and Matt LaFleur face off as NFL head coaches. This one is on the road, so it is a bucket list trip rather than a local camp stop.
