Nicknamed 'Mr. Cowboy,' Lilly was the franchise's first-ever draft pick and the cornerstone of the Doomsday Defense. An 11-time Pro Bowler and seven-time first-team All-Pro, he anchored the Super Bowl VI title team and became the first lifelong Cowboy enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
3. Roger Staubach (QB · 1969-1979)

6. Michael Irvin (WR · 1988-1999)

7. Mel Renfro (CB · 1964-1977)

8. DeMarcus Ware (LB · 2005-2013)
The greatest pass rusher in team history, Ware is the franchise's all-time sack leader. He recorded a club-record 20 sacks in 2008, made seven Pro Bowls in Dallas, and earned four first-team All-Pro nods before his enshrinement in Canton.
9. Larry Allen (OL · 1994-2005)
One of the most physically dominant linemen ever, Allen won a Super Bowl as a rookie and made seven first-team All-Pro squads with Dallas. Legendary for his freakish strength, he paved the way for Emmitt Smith's record-setting prime and reached the Hall of Fame.
10. Tony Dorsett (RB · 1977-1987)
